I was pretty sure that she saw the shock on my face.
Why would she ask such a question?
“See, I just need to be sure, that's all.” She spoke again.
This time around, she failed to hide how desperate she was.
“Why do you think we are together?” I asked her because they had to be a reason behind her curiosity.
“It's pretty obvious and I thought it was a perfect idea for me to just confirm than to live on assumptions.”
“That doesn't answer the question Doctor Rosie.” She was still beating around the bush. I just wanted her to tell me why she thought I and Daniel share a thing.
