OLIVIA’S POV. After hours of making incisions—Trying to locate the affected area and finally ensuring she was now stable, the surgery was over. I asked the surgical nurses to monitor her. I took off my gloves and mask and threw them in the trash can just next to the door. That took a lot of time but I’m glad it was now a success. I checked the time and decided to just head back home and get some rest. The way I felt exhausted was just unusual so I knew I couldn’t just overlook it. In absolutely no time I drove into my front yard. It was too soon for me to think that when I got home, I was just going to go in, microwave any leftover food found in the fridge, eat, take a quick shower, and head straight to bed. I got home to see someone had been waiting for me in front of my door. As
