Chapter 9
Lawson and I headed downstairs not long after we talked in my room. He had decided he was going to take me on an official date. I’ve never been on a date before, so I was extremely excited and nervous at the same time. What did one do on a date? Where were we going to go? I had so many questions and not one answer for any of them.
“Are you ready, Misha?” Lawson asked me.
“If you are. I have never been on a date before, so I’m excited to see how this goes.” I told him.
There, I got that out of the way. Now he knows and maybe he won’t find me odd. “Where are we going first?”
“I’m taking you out to eat and then we’ll go play miniature golf. That sound good to you?” Lawson asked.
“Yeah, let’s go.”
