As I woke up, Liam was nowhere to be seen. I searched the room, but he wasn’t inside. The faint sound of water falling echoed from the bathroom.
So, he’s taking a bath…
I sighed, stretching lazily before closing my eyes again. Maybe I could steal a few more minutes of rest.
Just then, I heard the bathroom door open. My breath hitched.
Nope. Not looking. I am not looking.
I squeezed my eyes shut, determined not to witness a half-naked Greek god walking around the room.
Liam smirked, stepping out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped loosely around his waist. “Why are you closing your eyes, wifey?”
I kept my face turned away, my hands covering my eyes. “Because I don’t want to see a half-naked man casually walking around the room.”
