20 Luther waited until he reached the bottom of Iris’s driveway to ask, “Where to?” “I don’t know,” Adam said. Luther drove down the highway, content to fill his vehicle with gas at the first station they passed and see where they ended up. After all, he had nowhere he had to be. He wasn’t welcome at his job.
