My name is Adam White, I'm 19 years old and soon to be Alpha of White Claw Pack. My father, Andrew White, is the current Alpha and my mother Christine is Luna. Our pack is one of the largest on the East side of the United States, expanding over the mountains of Western North Carolina and into Virginia. I might be a little biased but our pack is one of the best. We treat everyone equally and everyone is happy. We normally don't have many issues with the rouges, except for an occasional one trying to get across our territory to get further up north. Not all rouges are banished for horrible crimes, some Alphas are just assholes, some rouges just had no where to go after something happened to their pack. So we try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but we aren't stupid by any means. We don't let them roam unsupervised, they are always escorted to the other side and pointed in the direction they need to go. Guards will stand watch for another hour or so until they are sure they have went on their way. Recently, we've had a few rouges say they needed to cross our territory and as usual we've have guards escort them to the other side, but they seem more interested in asking questions about our pack and always looking around as if to study and memorize what they are seeing. We've also had recent issues with smaller packs located in isolated areas that have become sick. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal if it was like 1 or 2 people but it is the entire pack becoming sick. Werewolves don't normally get sick due to our strong immune system and superior healing rate compared to humans. So for an entire pack to become sick it is very rare.

My father is hoping that I can find my mate by the time I turn 20 in 3 months so that he can step down and spend more time with mom. He's been including me with all that is going on. I have my suspicions that someone is somehow making everyone sick but I have no evidence to support my theory. The Alphas have decided they were going to hold a meeting to discuss recent events, so my father and I have been going over everything we have to bring to meeting. While my mother and a few Omegas are getting everything packed for the trip. Usually we hold all Alpha meetings at the castle which is central to all others packs, but this year Alpha Damon Redfin has requested we have it at his pack as his daughter will be turning 18 soon and they want to have a birthday bash for her. They have invited all packs to bring their unmated of age members, so there is a higher chance of more people finding their mates and even strengthening alliances between the packs. My mother is so hopeful that I will find my mate at this party. I don't show just how much I am looking forward to it and hoping I find my mate, but I am. I want what my parents have. Unconditional love for one another, someone I can be serious with when the time calls for it or goofy and playful when wit doesn't. The other half of my soul the person that completes me. I won't say any of this out loud though because if Alexander heard wind of how sappy I can be I will never hear the end of it. Alexander is my best friend and son of my fathers' Beta, Samuel Collins and will be my Beta when I become Alpha. He is almost never serious, but is smart a*s hell. He graduated high school when he was 16 and started training to become a spy. I know I know stop laughing. He thinks he's a ninja or something and cocky as can be but he's got a heart of gold. He has excelled though, he has all new systems put all around the pack so no one can enter or exit without us being notified. He completed all of his warrior training while going to school and was accepted to train to be a spy for the pack, go figure. My future Gamma is Jonah Smith and he is the one that keeps us grounded. He smart and very detail oriented which helps with the amount of paperwork we have to do. My organization skills are a little lacking but what can you do, paperwork is boring so by the time I complete it I just do not feel like sitting their trying to file and organize everything. "Adam, where is your suit?!" my mom demanded as she walked into fathers' office. "it should be in my closet mom I never even took it out of the bag for fear I may dirty it up" I explained, she knew me better than that though. " So you mean to tell me that you haven't even checked to see if it fits correctly or to see if it is wrinkled?! Your lazy a*s just threw it in your closet?! It's just been sitting there for the past 2 weeks collecting dust?!" I turn to dad to see if he can save me, but he just chuckles and shakes his head. " I'm sorry mom I didn't really think about seeing if it fit properly because you always order my suits in the perfect size. I will go now to take it out and make sure that it fits and isn't wrinkled." " Good see that you do. And don't think your just going to go in there throw it on and then throw it on your bed for me to pack. You try it on then come here to show us that it fits properly and isn't wrinkled. You will then place it neatly back in the bag. And please do so quickly you know we have to leave in 3 hours." I got up from my small desk in my fathers' office and made my way to my room. I took out my suit and tried it. As usual, it fit perfectly and was wrinkle free. I placed it back in the bag and hung it on the back on my door to finish getting my stuff together. Three hours later the last of everything was loaded into the vehicles and everyone was ready to get on the road. The birthday bash didn't start until 7pm but it would take us roughly 5 or so hours to get there, so we should be arriving by 3pm and still have to time to get ready for the party. The meeting with the Alphas wouldn't be until lunch tomorrow and then we would return to our respective packs on Sunday. The car ride wasn't so bad, we had to stop for lunch and gas but then we were right back on the road. Here we are pulling up to the Red Dawn Pack House with our long line of cars with unmated members and some families following us. As I look around I'm happy to see that this pack house is so big, if it wasn't I don't think they would have enough room for all the different packs coming today. My father is the first to step out of the SUV and immediately walks over to my mothers door to open it for her. I can't help but long for my mate so I can do little things like that for her. We were walking towards the steps when the doors open revealing the Red Dawn Alpha and Beta. "Welcome to Red Dawn, I apologize in advance for everyone not being received properly, but as you can see with so many packs coming we're kind of running around like chickens" Alpha Damon states. " No worries Damon, we understand completely" says father as he laughs about the chicken comment. "Luna Christine, a pleasure as always, and this must be Adam. It's been quite a while since I last saw you. You have grown into a fine young man and I'm hearing good things about your Alpha training." Alpha Damon states as he shakes my hand. "My mate and daughter are having a bit of a wardrobe issue, which is why they have not joined us but you will see them a little later" says Alpha Damon. His Beta chuckles and says under his breath "meaning she doesn't want to wear the wardrobe". I c**k my eyebrow as I look at him and he just winks and snickers. Well this should be interesting, I didn't even realize the alpha had a daughter until a couple years ago and it's like no one has ever met her. Everyone assumes he adopted, but not many actually know how she came to him nor why and now she's turning 18.Suddenly, Alpha Damon's eyes get that far off look so I know he must be mindlinking "Anthony, will you please show the Alpha family to their rooms so they can settle, it seems we have a few mate pairings already and need to reassign some rooms". We followed behind Beta Anthony up to the fourth floor, this place is huge and expand in all four directions. We are in what I think is the North corridor, but I have been so busy looking around at everything I'm not 100% sure. Note to self leave when my parents do to keep me from getting lost. "This room and the one across the hall are for ya'll. An omega has brought your bags to your rooms so everything should be set. If there is anything you need you can pick up the phone in your room, dial 0 and it will be immediately connected to the Gamma Brian's office and he will help with anything you need". We thanked him and went into our rooms. The first thing I did was hang up my suit, don't need my mom complaining about a wrinkled suit all night long. I decided that I would just relax for a bit before I started to get ready for this party.
