(SEBASTIAN POV)
Already outside of my house but still within my compound, my guards gradually gathered as they heard me calling for them. I stood and waited as they formed a circle around me, with me standing in the middle.
From their facial expressions, I could tell that they were confused as to why I had called them, but I didn't care. I waited for each of them to join the group until I finally felt that they were all present.
"Where is Callie, my mate?" I asked with a stern tone, watching as they glanced at each other.
"Alpha, your mate has not been outside here today. In fact, I haven't seen her all day," one of the guards said.
"Are you indirectly implying that I am blind or calling me stupid? Do you think I would come down here to ask you where Callie is without first searching
