Andrea’s POV
Halton entered the room at exactly 10 a.m., looking like he wanted to be anywhere but here. He might not have known what was going to happen earlier today, but he had an inkling of it now.
Halton looked at me before doing a double-take. I knew I looked good today, but I hope he realizes it wasn’t for him. I had been feeling so much better after I left Atlanta. I’m pretty sure that it was the fact that Emma no longer wanted anything to do with her father. I didn’t have to worry about him taking her away from me anymore.
