“Would you open the door for me?” I requested Desmond standing outside my bedroom. He had already helped me check on my family. As they were sleeping soundly, I did not bother to wake them. Also, with Desmond around, I didn’t need to. “Sure.” Desmond opened the door like it was nothing and went inside. He had seen the terrifying demon as well. Why wasn’t he scared? Were s*x spirits incapable of feeling fear? “It’s safe to come inside,” He assured me. With some feelings of uncertainty, I crossed the threshold.
