Mary, I don’t know how to say this, but... the man and his son are coming to pick me up soon. It’s really happening. Oh no, Ella. I thought you were just talking about it. This is really happening? I’m so sorry. Are you okay? No, I’m not okay. I’m not ready for this. I can’t believe it’s actually going to happen. They’ll be here any moment now, and I feel like I’m in a nightmare. I can’t imagine how hard this must be for you. Do you want to talk about it? What’s going through your mind right now? I feel like my whole world is collapsing.
