WITHIN A FEW days another message alert had appeared from MatchULike, and Lyn opened the email with trepidation. Working on the ‘once bitten twice shy’ adage, she decided not to take too much notice of the photo showing a middle aged man with a round boyish face and short spiky grey hair. Jamie Haskins was 51, had lived in Hayle for 20 years, and was into cars, motorbikes, hiking, visits to the cinema, and heavy metal. He was looking for friendship and evenings out.
