CHAPTER 11 SHE LOVED THE month of May. The temperature was just right for her; not too hot and not too cold. She was getting into the habit of taking long walks along the beach, and stopping for some fruit and a bottle of water at the same little kiosk every day. Within a few short weeks she was soon on speaking terms with Sue, the kiosk’s owner, who assured Lyn that she would be the first to know if any holiday jobs were going spare.
