Chapter Ten

I looked up to see who it was that I hit and was shocked, the thought that came to my mind immediately was" Is this a curse?!". He looked back at me and was obviously as surprised as I was, we both immediately gave ourselves a fair amount of distance. " Sorry" I said immediately and proceeded to leave when he spoke up, " It's fine, why do we keep meeting like this tho? It's very interesting" he smiled as usual.

I didn't have an answer to what he asked and just stood there like a baby, before anything else could be said or done. A lady who I think he came along with came closer to him and wrapped her arm around his, obviously I wasn't expecting him to be single but girls should try to be chill when being overprotective of their partner.

I wasn't sure about their relationship because Jason didn't seem to like her being close, I left immediately as I didn't plan on spending my night quarreling with any female about something ridiculous. I got to my car only to hear my name being called from behind," Jane! Wait!" I looked back to see it was Jason.

" Are you sure you can go home by yourself?" I was surprised why he was asking that and I looked at him in a confused state, he noticed and said " she's not my girlfriend, It's a long story" I obviously didn't want an explanation about that, my confused state was because I thought he thought I was drunk.

" I can go home by myself, I'm not drunk. Thank you" He immediately smiled at my response, and what he said next surprised me" You're welcome, can I have your contact?" He smiled even more.

It was already a weird moment and he made it awkward, I didn't know what to say at first but saying no to him didn't seem like a nice response.

He gave me his phone and I imputed my contact into it, and obviously entered my car. I couldn't wait for that moment to get more intense, I drove off immediately.
