ALEC Three days. I had been up in this s**t hole for three days.  Under my weight, the spring bed I sat on buckled and cried, I ignored it. If I was going to stay here, I had to be as comfortable as I could.  I would not pity the mattress, neither would I pity the springs underneath. Next to mine, their hell was nothing.  The small room I stayed in was empty, except from the wooden chair which sat by the side of the door and the stack of wood by the side of my bed.  My wolf gnarled.  How had the mighty fallen?  After I was sent on an exile, Zyk sent me to the Blue Forest Pack. A minority pack of wolves that specialised in furniture and carpentry.  I had walked in here a stranger, a homeless one.  If anyone here was to know who I was, I would be disgraced and laughed to scorn.  Wh
