Supreme Beings

Chapter 2

"For you to say such thing proves that you already suffered too much..." Said by Ria looking intently to Cali. She is a daughter of a powerful family but here she is, having a conversation with a commoner like Cali, it made her different from other rich kids that only likes to throw their parent's money.

"Uhmm don't worry about the bill, I paid it so you may rest now."

"Hey! W-where are- what are you doing!?" Said by Ria with shock.

"You said you already paid the bill, so I will leave now."

"But it's still too early, you haven't rested enough."

"I have already enough, thanks to you. I will repay your kindness soon so do not worry." Cali exited the room while leaving Ria in awe.

When she realized that Cali already left, she immediately followed behind but he is already nowhere to be found.

She did not think that he can leave the hospital that fast even though he is injured, maybe he is already healed.

"Ohh why am I even so concerned about him? I just helped him because he is my classmate and he is in a desperate situation." Ria is shaking her head before leaving the place and upon reaching the parking lot of the hospital, sha saw a shiny black Mercedes Benz in a wide space with a man wearing black tuxedo standing outside.

The man opened the door and said...

"Lady Ria, do you want to go home?"

"Yes please..."

"Understood, Lady Ria." And the man also entered the car, sat in the driver's seat and started the car. What Ria did not know is that Cali is in the parking lot watching her before she finally left.

Cali decided to walk his way home and unable to raise his head even an inch because of embarrassment. He is bumping to some of the students in his school but because he is famous for being the ultimate loser, everybody knows him.

He is a student that is being supported by a scholarship program, they receive their allowances monthly that's worth 30 gold coins. 100 silver coins is equal to 1 gold coin so in total he has 3000 silver coins and are already enough for his necessities in one month.

He did not go to school today as he will only see the faces of those people. He will use this whole day to take a rest and plan on what he will do the next days.

"Oh my god! Is it really true that Ria beat Klyne and his friends?"

"I don't know that they will become bold and also target her."

"Hey! Ria's family and Klyne's is close to each other. Maybe Ria was just annoyed by Klyne who is always pestering her."

Cali just happened to hear the girl's conversation with her friend before he finally reached his place. It is just an ordinary dormitory and there are only few tenants who are currently here.

When he entered the dorm, he was greeted by silence as everybody is busy on their own so he just headed straight to his room and locked the door after entering.

He changed his clothes and put his backpack on the table. He picked the picture that is also on the table and stared intently to it before tears again began to flow from his eyes.

"Mom..." He muttered while hugging the picture if his mother that passed away.

No one would want to experience the sadness he is feeling right now. He plans on becoming an adventurer but he is not sure if he will stay long in this job because he doesn't have anything. He will just stay as a weak adventurer because he doesn't have anything to make him stronger.

Those adventurers with a high social status, those who have overflowing wealth, they are the strongest adventurers because they have money, thay can but whatever they need to become a stronger adventurer . They can buy their own weapons and nurturing pills to make them stronger.

The world has become now a place for things that we only read in stories and see in movies. Every Continent is reshaped and it was thousand years ago before this world is still not home for fantasy. Where there are only animals but not monsters and beasts. Where is is only humans and not with fairies and elves but everything has changed.

Maybe there are elves and fairies but you cannot see them in a populated area like this, they only live in seclusion from a far away lands where is is imposible for weak humans to reach.

There are a total of 10 classes for adventurers. From I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and the last is X class. There are also different levels of weapons and items that is given and each of them is recognized based on the aura they are emitting.

Common level- white

Uncommon level- green

Rare level- Blue

Epic level- Red

Legendary level- Violet

World level- Dark

God level- Gold

No one was still heard to have a world level or higher items, only a few has a legendary level and the most common are the common and uncommon level items and weapons.

Among the beasts, monsters, humans, elves, and fairies that are living in this world, there are also those secret beings that only a handful of people knew about their existence. Like the Dark entities and the supreme beings, the supreme beings is not known for humans but when we say a supreme being, it is already a different matter.

They knew Demiurge, who they think is the only supreme being that exists and is thought by others as a god but for those people who exactly knew that Demiurge is not the only supreme being that exists, they keep their mouths shut because they are afraid they will anger them.

"This world is vicious to weak like me. I just want to live a happy and normal life, why do I need to experience it all? I think I can reason out why am I experiencing this." Said by Cali before getting up.

"Maybe on my past life, I am someone who had done many sins that are unforgivable or maybe someone that only knows luxury."

Then suddenly, after saying these words, an unfamiliar voice just rang inside his head that made his heart beat so fast as if he had seen a ghost.

"Maybe you're right, my Lord. Hihihi!",

"Just wait a little while, my Lord. All of these will just be gone in an instant."

He was not afraid because of the first voice he heard but instead it is the last one, a voice of a man that has a very deep voice and seems that it came from the underground.

He's not sure what they're saying but he also thinks that his brain got damaged because of what happened last night. It is possible for him that he is just imagining it to the point that he will become mad.

"Damn... What was that? Am I going crazy? I'm sure I'm still healthy, my mind is still healthy."

"Maybe those voices are just my hallucinations. Right, they're just hallucinations. I should just sleep, I still need to go to class tomorrow."
