“Good morning, my love.” I kissed Tory on her bare shoulder, making her hum in contentment as she fluttered her eyes open, looking straight into mine. Her hands caressed my cheeks and her expression was one of love and admiration.
“Good morning, handsome.” She replied as she snuggled closer to me, her delicate body naked against mine. “If we keep at it like rabbits, we will have a lot of babies.” She added, letting out a chuckle.
“I wouldn’t mind a lot of kids.” I whispered in her ear as she stiffened, raising her head to look at me with sadness in her eyes. “Oh, love. I’m sorry for that reminder. But I know that one day, it will happen for us.”
“It’s okay. It still hurts, but it is easier to deal with now that I’m here with you and the kids.”
