A Pillager who looked pale shouted after seeing Kurohito, begging as he requested to let him give a chance to speak...
"Free them..."
Kurohito looked at him and said to the guards... while remembering about the Pillager Captain...
"Hmmmm... are you sure chief...? I mean they're Pillager, what if they do something..."
"We can't trust... I mean they have killed our own..."
The Guards were unsure about freeing them, fearing they would do would do something, so they said while hesitating...
"Free them, they won't do anything... just trust me..."
"I know they won't.."
Kurohito said while ensuring the guards... the guards followed his orders and freed the Pillagers. One Pillagers looks at the guard, the guard got shivers and ran out the cell as soon as their hands were untied. But as Kurohito said the Pillagers didn't do anything, Kurohito asked them to follow him and then they got to the Village Center. They all sat around a table all 5 Pillagers, some guards were standing behind Kurohito and some were behind Pillagers. There were even some villagers who were around them watching what was unfolding...
"Go ahead and say what you wanted to..."
"I know there's a lot..."
Kurohito said to the Pillagers... than a Pillager stood up and spoke...
"Firstly... we all apologizing to the villagers for what we have..."
The Pillager bowed his head while he said. He looked guilty and remorseful...
"We know our sins can't be forgiven..."
"For all the destruction we caused and all the lives we took..."
"We can't be forgiven for that..."
"But we will still like to apologize to everyone..."
The Pillager said while everyone started at him...
"First killing our people and now asking for forgiveness..."
"These people don't have any soul..."
The villagers whispered among themselves...
"Calm down everyone"
Kurohito tried to quieter the noise...
"There is a reason right... why you attacked this village?..."
"say the reason and I promise I'll forgive you..."
Kurohito said while making a promise. He starred at the Pillagers eyes...
"The reason is... that..."
"We were ordered by the Demon Lord..."
"and if we didn't followed his command we would've been killed..."
"We were merely following his order..."
The other Pillager stood up said... while his eyes were filled with fear and pain.
"The Demon Lord you say..."
"Who is that...?"
Kurohito asked... as he never heard anyone like that...
"I don't know..."
"I never met him..."
"Only the Caption had met him..."
Pillager replied with concerned and a fearful voice.
"When our kingdom was suffering from a calamity, our farmland all rottet and we were unable to grow any crops..."
"The captain was seeking out for help... he travelled all around places but no one offered us any help..."
"It was then the Captain had no choice but to meet the Demon Lord..."
"The Demon Lord resided in a huge Castle, he went there for help..."
"The Demon Lord did help us but only if we followed his orders..."
"And his orders were to attack the villages and raid them..."
"We don't know why he wanted us to do that..."
The Pillager explained the situation... Kurohito got the grasp of the situation and understood why they did this...
"I see... so it was out of your will that you attacked the villages..."
Kurohito said...
"But what will the Demon Lord get from attacking villages...?"
Shio questioned...
"I have the same question... but I presume they don't know..."
Kurohito said.. as the Pillagers nodded their head...
"Well it's fine now... you don't have to worry..."
"But do you know the name of this Demon Lord..."
Kurohito asked the Pillagers... the Pillagers looked at each other and nodded their heads...
"Yes we know..."
"His name is..."
"Herobrine..."
