I was thrilled to hear what Cade just said. Calissa might not have to speak to Ethan to get help. That would be the best possible outcome for me. It was almost 8 pm, and I noticed it was getting darker and slightly cooler with the wind coming off the water. Camila was stirring, and I knew she would get up soon and see Calissa. At that point, I knew a confrontation was inevitable. The sun would be completely down soon, but I didn’t want to have this discussion where Camila might overhear it. She was about 60 feet away, having put her things down near the same place Liam and his friends hung out.
