NORA Mark had really kind eyes, he wouldn't stop smiling, and he was so gentle. He was exactly the kind of man I always envisioned myself with: unproblematic, affectionate, and kind. But he didn't set my heart racing the way a certain person would. I was hanging off his arm, fingers curled around the fabric of his biceps as we made our way out of the hall. He was definitely built underneath that suit, but it was someone else's suit I wanted to tear off by the end of the night.
