Cody was sitting on the couch when I returned from the bathroom and he had that look in his eyes, like he was up to something.
“Come over here and sit down next to me.” Cody said, making me raise my brow at him as I sat down.
“Don't look so worried, I’m not going to jump your bones and ravish you, not yet anyway. I have been thinking about a date….” Cody said, making me roll my eyes at him.
“A date? A date for what?” I asked, not knowing what he was talking about.
“Our wedding, remember I asked you to marry me after graduation? I was thinking we should get married after everything has settled down and the war is over. After everything is done I want us to get married, we’ve waited long enough and I want to be your husband as well as your mate.” Cody replied, ma
