Aria, who was completely immersed in her game, shouted "Mommy, I'm in an intense group battle! Watch out for the backstab! Spawn Devil, how many times have you died? You're even better at feeding than takeout!"
Sitting on the sofa, Aria ranted without even looking up, her eyes fixed on the game, her hand tapping furiously into the phone. Her short hair in a messy bun, looking all relaxed but with a fierce look on her childish face.
Isabelle sighed. She really needs to do something about this child's game addiction.
She helplessly walked over and opened the door.
The person standing outside was not Ethan but a man in his early twenties. He was dressed in white casual clothes and leaned against the wall, playing games on his phone. His narrow eyes were similar to Ethan's, and the look on his face had a harmless and sunny disposition, which was characteristic of a well-bred young man from a wealthy family. His dark hair falling on his forehead and his lip pouted.
Seeing the door open, Harden first lowered his voice and said in the game, "Boss, since I'm dead anyway, this round depends on you."
After closing the voice chat, he raised his head and looked up and down at Isabelle.
The woman's skin was astonishingly white, and her originally well-behaved apricot eyes drooped slightly. There was a touch of weariness and fatigue on her expressionless cheeks, and her voice was very low, "What do you want?"
No wonder she dared to seduce his brother, she indeed had impressive assets.
Harden spoke, "Miss Hunger, I'd like to discuss something with you. Would you consider moving to the suite downstairs and vacating this presidential suite?"
Isabelle raised an eyebrow, "Why?"
Harden handed over a card, "Just a friendly reminder, this hotel belongs to the Grey family. According to the rules, if the hotel cancels a room without cause, double the breach of contract fee is required. There is $200,000 in this card."
"..."
Isabelle looked at the card with a loss for words.
Did she look poor? Why did everyone want to dismiss her with money?
Seeing her not letting go, Harden threatened, "If you don't agree, I'll have to ask security to kick you out. Miss Hunter wouldn't want to make a scene, right?"
Daring to threaten her? Using his power against her?
Isabelle's eyes grew icy cold, only to hear Harden continue, "Miss Hunter you've tried to seduce my brother time and time again. I've been lenient because you have a child with you. Otherwise, it wouldn't be as simple as downgrading your room!"
Repeated seductions?
Isabelle smirked, leaning on the door and asked, "I'm curious, how did I seduce him?"
Harden angrily said, "You spent a fortune staying next door, isn't it because you want to get close to him? Noah was fooled by you, but I'm not that stupid. I've investigated you, a woman who has been dumped, got pregnant before marriage, dropped out of school. You are shameless to think you could pursue my brother"
Tsk.
So, it was a mistake to live next door.
Where did Ethan get that sense of superiority? Just because he is a lycan prince. Isabella scoffed.
Her face turned cold as ice "So, this room isn't worthy of anyone living in it? And just because I went through all that, I don't have the ability to sponsor myself?"
Harden was taken aback by her sudden burst of momentum, but still scoffed, "Of course not. My brother found out that Dr. Rosanne is in the hotel, and he will find her soon. He'll definitely invite her to stay! Only such an esteemed guest deserves to stay next to my brother"
Isabelle was stunned.
She had been found out?
She wasn't afraid of Ethan, but if she were really entangled with such a man, it would be very troublesome. She didn't want something like that.
Isabelle lowered her eyes and pondered for a moment, then took the bank card from Harden's hand even though it meant soiling her name and said indifferently, "Thank you. Have someone help us switch rooms."
Being too close was indeed troublesome.
Harden sighed in relief, "You know what's good for you."
The presidential suite downstairs was not as good as these two top-tier rooms, but it was more than enough for three people. Most importantly, the room card for the lower floor couldn't access this level.
In this way, this woman would have no chance to approach Noah, let alone his brother.
However, why did she say thank you?
Harden returned to his room puzzled and reported his accomplishment to Ethan, "Brother, you don't need to thank me. I'm just redeeming myself!"
Ethan sat behind a large desk, his hands typing rapidly on the computer. He didn't even raise his head, just scolded softly, "Meddlesome."
Harden gaped. He had just saved him from trouble and he called him meddlesome?
Why did he detect a hint of dissatisfaction in those two words?
He quietly approached Ethan from behind and saw the black computer screen filled with intertwined lines of data, with a red dot slowly moving.
This was Rosanne, the person Ethan had been searching for half an hour.
His face was serious, and he was about to continue tracking when the red dot suddenly flickered a few times and disappeared in an instant.
The temperature in the room seemed to drop suddenly.
Harden said innocently, "Brother, you lost her."
Ethan slowly raised his head, his dark eyes making people feel uneasy. He said slowly, "I'm not blind."
Harden gulped, immediately shutting his mouth.
Special Assistant Clint glanced at Harden and sighed inwardly. The situation in the Royal Grey Family was so complicated, and each person was extraordinary and unpredictable. How did they raise such a simple-minded one?
He coughed and asked, "Ethan Grey, how could the other party suddenly go online at a critical moment?"
Was there a mole?
But this time Ethan Grey took matters into his own hands, launching a surprise attack with only the three of them knowing.
If Rosanne hadn't received the news at the last minute, then it could only be-a coincidence.
The hotel's service was very efficient.
Half an hour later, Isabelle was already in the study of the new suite.
After successfully blocking the external attack, she called Cameron Diaz, who spoke first, "I'm sorry, Ethan Grey found a top hacker and traced your information from my end, but so far, they only know you're staying at the Gret Hotel. Your specific location hasn't been leaked."
Isabelle responded with a "Hmm" and reminded her, "Be more careful next time."
"Will do."
After hanging up the phone, Isabelle got up and walked past the second bedroom, where she found that her daughter had already fallen asleep. She then went back to the master bedroom.
After such a delay, she was already extremely tired.
Two minutes later, the door to the second bedroom suddenly opened.
Aria poked her little head out of the room, and after making sure her mom was asleep, she gently closed the door, took out her phone, and logged into the game.
Spawn Devil said, "Boss, you're finally back. Where did you go just now?"
Aria pouted, "The i***t next door suddenly asked us to change rooms."
"Damn, who's that stupid? How dare they bully my boss? I curse them to choke to death while drinking water."
After cursing, Harden didn't think much about it.
After all, staying in a hotel would always lead to encounters with various strange neighbors.
He asked, "Boss, you've been abroad all this time, and you said you returned to LA yesterday, right? I came to LA to find you. Where are you staying now? The top suite next door to me just became vacant. I invite you to stay there."
Anyway, since Rosanne hadn't been found, it was vacant either way.
He picked up a glass of water and took a sip.
Just then, he heard "Candy Sweet" scold him first, "Move, Spawn Devil, even the wild monsters in the river have better positioning than you."
After scolding him, she finally answered, "I'm staying at the Grey Hotel."
"Oops."
Harden choked suddenly, coughing violently. He choked on his water.
After recovering, he said urgently in a cracked voice, "Awesome. I'm also at the Grey hotel. I'll come find you."
"Alright, I will be waiting for you."
