It's been one week since the outburst in Roman's office. I cannot believe my life has somehow become a topic of debate, something these wolves are gambling on. I’m not sure what I was expecting from a pack of wolves. Paige warned me over and over that they’re ruthless beings loyal only to their packs and alphas, but I was foolish enough to believe they'd let me return to my life—the same life they ripped me from in the first place!
