" like before he doesn't care about anyone a look at them but...." she continue after taking a long breath" what if he recognises me what is he going to do after I tell him what happened after I left him what if he feels that I am not telling the truth what if he feels no love towards me now and just hates me " With that she sit on the wet floor and cries her heart out her tears get mixed with the cold water and starts saying while crying out loud "will he abandon his son without even looking at him will he not worry even once when he gets to know he is dying will he just ignore the fact ......... What am I going to do I can't even tell my son that I am his mom Lucas do you know how much it hurts to hear me calling miss lily from his mouth..... Do you even care that u had some to take care of back then.... Do u even know someone needs u..... Did u even loved me back then I know that I am a despicable person to not tell u about ur son .... tell me was I wrong I wanted good for my son .... I didn't want him to go get killed but..... Look... I failed he is still dying even if I try to save him I can't I can't do it alone anymore I am tired I need u I know I am selfish I know I am a loser I don't have a courage to tell u anything I want some time but my son can't wait what should I do... The full night went like this she cried and cried and cried just because she felt so alone so miserable alone she felt like she was the one who was running for life and no one was there for her to wipe her tears to tell her that she can do it....

ON THE OTHER SIDE

After the surgery was completed locus was shifted to a VIP room and Lucas was allowed to see him...

Brother I know this is very hard time for you but please control yourself and take care of yourself I will take revenge I'll take your revenge she was like my sister and I swear I wont let anyone go whoever was involved in killing her in killing our happiness .....

After saying some more things Lucas shifted to the couch and slept there the whole night and then went early because if the work as no one was there to handle the work.

At night Lucas was very tired and again went to the hospital to check on Aldred and again like the last night he slept on the couch without having dinner....

But when he woke in the morning he saw he had a blanket covering him and also there was breakfast on the table he thought his men might have done it so he didn't think much and had the break fast but something in the taste made him feel familiar to it but he removed the thoughts from his mind and left .

And when he returned at night he saw someone familiar on standing near Aldred and for a moment he felt like his soul left his body he quikly went to her and turned her towards him to see her but to his surprise it wasn't the one he thought of it was a nurse who was checking on Aldred.

"Yes sir do u need something " she said the nurse. On hearing Her smooth voice, the nurse from some days back came into his mind and he replied" you are the nurse from back there aren't you" On hearing him the nursed smiled and replied "yes sir I am nurse lily ,Whom u met that day"

On hearing her he smiled a bit but quickly hid it and quickly said "how is his condition".

" He is doing good but still unconscious "lilyara replied and again said " Don't worry he will be fine and u should smile often u should not hide it " On hearing her Lucas was a bit shocked but a smile came across his face and he bluntly said u remind me of someone that used t... But immediately stopped after thinking what he was saying. It was the first time we felt that close to a girl that didn't even think what he was saying.....

On hearing his her sentence Lilyara fowned and said "people should sometimes let go of keeping secrets to themselves I will make ur life burdened"

Before lucas was able to really she cut him off by saying" I should probably leave, it's getting late for checking next patient" with that she quickly left from the room and closed the door.

After getting out of the room she ran to the washroom and it started crying again silently so that no one can hear her. ....
