We boarded Evans' private jet while the pilot finished making arrangements for the flight. After telling him that his father was dying, he calmly asked me to prepare the plane to leave for Miami immediately. I had expected him to refuse to go see his father, as he had done with his mother years ago, but he didn't. Instead, he seemed in a hurry to get there.
