Gio I spent the last hour listening to Hazel lecture me. She and Asher had taken it upon themselves to arrange for us all to move to a cabin in the middle of nowhere California. No one had consulted me about these grandiose plans. No one ever consulted me about much of anything anymore. After Addy died, we all learned to cope the best way we knew how.
