CHAPTER 24 & 25

Damon and Cassie got to Damon's parents house and as his mum saw them she quickly went to hug them.

They hug her back and they all went to sit down.

Not long after, his father came down

"How are you my boy" he said as soon as he saw them.

"Dad stop calling me that, I am not a kid anymore I am a grown up man" Damon said.

"No matter how grown you are, you are still my son" he said and face Cassie.

"How are you darling?"

"I am fine sir" she said bowing.

After a while they all left for the dinning and as they were eating Damon's mum told him everything about how and why she made Cassie work in his company.

"Oh, so you both planned it" he said and face Cassie feigning annoyance.

"Well I am glad your plan work,if not I wouldn't have such a beauty in my life" he said and Cassie blush.

He peck her in her cheek and she smiled.

"Honey, should we go do our own also?" Damon's dad whispered to his mum.

"Pervert" she said hitting his chest and he began laughing.

After a while they both left and went back to Damon's place.

Richard and Olivia also began dating and they are also enjoying themselves.

AT A WAREHOUSE

A man was sitted on a chair with his face turned.

"Sky" he called and another young man appeared

"Yes boss" he said.

"I want you to go to Damon's place and then you wait till they get out then you will have to shoot his girlfriend in his arm and then come back, you don't have to kill her just shoot her in her arm"

"Okay boss" he replied

"You will have to do that tomorrow when they are going out or you go to his company to do it"

"And you Scorpion, you will just have to get into their home as their bodyguard, because I know Damon will have to protect his girlfriend" he said referring to another guy

"Okay boss", the young man called Scorpion replied.

BACK IN DAMON'S PLACE

Cassie and Damon decided to take the day off at work for that day.

The next day they both woke up and dress for work, they got into their car and drove off to work.

They both got to work after some minutes and they were about entering into the company when someone suddenly shoot Cassie in her arm and she fell down weakly.

Damon became afraid and ran to check who shot her but the person was gone.

He carry her in a bridal style and took her to the car and he drove to the hospital.

He got to the hospital and call the doctor then some nurses rush out and carry her to a ward.

The doctor came after and began treating her.

"Who could have done that, I have no grudges against anyone, please be safe for me Cassie" he said in fear.

After a while the doctor came out and he rush to him.

"Doctor how is she?"

"It is nothing serious, the bullet hit her arm and I have removed it, she will wake up soon" the doctor said

"Thank God she is okay" he said in relief.

AT THE WAREHOUSE

The young man got to the warehouse and went to his boss.

"It is fine boss" he said when he get to him.

"Good job, now it is your turn Scorpion, we have to wait till he wants to hire a bodyguard then you will go and apply for it, when you are employed make sure you give me very bit of information there"

"Yes boss" Scorpion replied.

Damon went into Cassie's ward and he sat down beside her.

"Wake up soon my love" he said holding her hand and peck her forehead.

Then he saw something that shocked him.
