CHAPTER 16 & 17

"What's are you doing here?" Damon asked and Cassie was looking at him trying to process if he is the person she will work for.

Damon also stood there thinking of whom she might be when it occurred him

"Oh, don't tell me you are the Personal Assistant" he said and Cassie replied him "Don't tell me you are the CEO of this company I will be working for, no this is not possible" she said frustratedly and made to leave when she remembered Mrs Williams and she turned back,

"Let's get this done with" she said and sat down

Damon also sat down angrily and asked for her credentials and she stretched it out to him

He checked them and was impressed with what he saw.

"Why should I employ you?" he asked

"You should employ me because I am dedicated and hardworking" she replied

"Wow I love that but I am sorry, there is no place for you here" he said

"I am unique and special in my own way, you will never find a person like me" she said.

"I don't care, just get out of this company and never come back again" Damon said.

"I am going nowhere, I am now your Personal Assistant whether you like it or not,where is my office?" She asked and Damon was just looking at her

Her craziness amaze him. He wondered why he has not throw her out, if it was to be another lady he would have shouted at her and throw her out, he just love her personality.

He told her the office next to his own.

"Thanks" she said and went out of his office.

She open the door of the office and was impressed with the way it looks like

She dropped her things on the couch there went to sit at her sat, smiling boastfully.

She open the laptop on the table and switch it on, she checked the things there and left it on.

She pick her phone and call Olivia and explain how everything went to her, Olivia couldn't stop laughing,

"You are really crazy" she said still laughing

"That is me for you, anyway we will talk well at home I have to work" Cassie said and end the call and decide o call her former bosses and quit the jobs.

Damon wondered why he was this soft towards her and also love her presence.

He wave off the thought and call his secret to put her through things and he did as he was told.

He went to Cassie's office and he introduced himself

"Hi, I am Jason, the secretary of this company, I will put you through some things" Jason said and Cassie replied him

"I am Cassie,nice to know you" Cassie replied and Jason smiled and he started with what he came to do

After he was done, both of them began chatting like long time friends and Cassie was laughing at his jokes.

Damon heard her laughter in his office and wondered why she was laughing so much but he decided to wave it off

But when it get too much he decided to go to her office, when he open the door he saw Jason and as Jason also see him he stood up fearfully and bend his head

"What the hell are you doing?, I asked you to put her through things but you are doing the other way round"

"I am sorry sir" he said trembling and quickly left the office.

Then Damon face Cassie and said

"Meet me in my office now" he said and left

"Oh what a joy killer" she muttered to herself and quickly arranged things in her office and went to him.

When she get to his office she stood in front of him putting on a pitiful face and pouting like a child who offend her Dad.

"What did you think you are doing, you are suppose to be working not joking around" he said and Cassie replied him

"I am really sorry, I promise it won't happen again"

"You are joking around on your first day at work when you are suppose to be working, you should have been fired" he said and Cassie please with him and he accept.

She quickly went to him and hug him which surprise Damon and he just let her do her thing and after the hug she peck him on his cheek and Damon became surprise and shocked.
