Contd Royal Alpha Roar. I rush to the back. Three true bloods are waiting for me as I enter. They should know they do not stand a chance, but still, they try. My eye goes beyond them to the far corner where I see her—Serayah. She is pressed against the wall. She is the one I am looking at when a true blood lunges at me with claws aimed for my face. I catch his wrist mid-swipe and twist until I bone pops. My elbow smashes into his face—once, twice, three times—until his skull cracks under the force. The other two think they can take me together.
