CHAPTER 20

MARS AND LEVI POV.

Meeting up with Terrence and Mark soon after they were shown the pack house the alpha and the rest of the hierarchy wing is. Where the wing for the unmated wolves are the staff quarters are, and game rooms and other activities and a movie room. From the private dining room to where the pack have their meals to be the worriers brake room is. They were taken to the pack hospital and the hospital staff private quarters. They were shown the ball room a beautiful room with dim lights in the sealing giving of the effect of a starry night sky the walls were all in the shades of whites and beige curtains with plush couches and little black coffee tables with glass tops or tables for your drinks the center had an oval shape with similar colour to the beige of the in one cornet there was a stage with an arch and a long table to the sides behind the couches  there were round dining tables black with glass tops with see throw chairs with big widows all around beautiful moldings all throw out the roof it was a literal master piece. After they have been shown the inside they were taken to the outside to the gardens and that’s when they checked the time to see it’s almost lunch time.

How about we get some lunch and hook up with Jedrek at the diner.

Mark and Terrence looked really uncomfortable when they talked about meeting up with Jedrek at the diner and it’s the second time they note that and Mars decided to ask why they looked so out of place.

Why do you look so out of place when we mention hooking up with Jedrek? He asked raising a questioning eyebrow at them.

It’s nothing really. Mark says with a very uncomfortable smile.

 It sure as hell don’t seem like nothing. Mars insist. They lying midnight chimed in linking Mars. I know mars say back let me get to the root of it. With that he blocked out his wolf.

I think of you two as friends and were I’m from friends do not lie to each other so will you get out with it already. Mars said getting irritated at that they would lie to him.

Terrence sigh heavy before he answers. It’s just that they don’t really mix with us as in the omegas of the pack.

What do you mean you don’t mix? Do they treat you badly in anyway? Mars ask holding a breath because if that the case he would be pissed of extreme if the pack he belongs to would ill-treat anyone just cause they a lower rank then them.

No, no nothing to that extreme Mark says it’s just always been this way it’s even been known that some omega have been rejected by a mate cause of rank we are seen as the weak wolves of the pack and even if they would protect us with their lives if it should come to that we just do not run in the same circles that’s it.

Well Levi said “we friends and if they not okay with having you there then they not my kind of company”. So how about it are we going or are we going to stand here and talk all day.

Let’s go then. Mars said smiling, and with that they made their way to Miss Lola’s diner. Walking in they note the decor it was bright red sixty’s style with the black checkers floor and bright neon sings throw out, they looked around to find Jedrek. Before they even spot them he called over to them.

Levi over here. He called out with a smile waving them over to their booth.

Making their way over to the booth they sat down and asked Jedrek if they were waiting long seeing as none of them had food or even a glass of water in front of them.

Not at all just got here ourselves. He answered. And he looked at everyone at the table. This is our future Alpha Kings Mars over here and that Levi there but don’t call them by their title like they said last night at the pack meeting.

Mars give him a look that says don’t go there and he snickered and said. I’m just f*****g with you dude loosen up some.

Levi note that he is note introducing Mark or Terrence and made a comment about it in a nice way as to not offend anyone at the table. And this here is Mark and Terrence. He got to learn the names of the rest of the group at the table.

We all know each other we all grow up here at the pack so yes we know their names.  Jedrek said.

Now let me give you the names of this crazy bunch of want to be trackers and worriers. This is Dante, RJ, Brandon, Enrico, Randy and Enzo. 

Nice to meet all of you the twins said in unison.

Then a waiter made her way over to the table and asked if they ready to place their orders. They all picked a burger fries and something to drink. They had their meals wail getting to know each other and to both the twins surprise none of the group acted weird to Mark or Terrence and they could see relax and actually join in on the conversation and laughing with and even cracking a few jocks of their own. In turn that made the twins relax totally and just enjoy it all. They spoke a little more after lunch and meeting up the next day to go swimming at the falls and their new friend promised to show them a cave behind the falls with an underground pool. They parted ways just before six the evening and the twins, Terrence and Levi made their way back home to go get cleaned up so they could meet their parents for supper and have their normal nightly banter telling each other about their day.

As they were walking mars asked Terrence and Mark. So did was it as you expected it to be?

Not at all I always thought that they would treat us unfairly and different if we would try to befriend them in any way and as if seen it’s all in my head put there by our parents past experiences and we do not live in their time anymore maybe with our generation we are taking the pack in a new direction. Maybe just maybe I could make my dreams come true if things are really changed.

What would that dream be? Levi questioned.

Well if always watched the worriers train when I was a small pup and I admire the strength and agility and their fierceness. The stories my parents use to tell me when I was young about how they would fight to protect the pack from any kind of threat, I use to sit and listen to them and dreamed of become a worrier myself. But then you grow up and you told by your parents that cause you are born to omegas that will always be your place. My dreams were shattered that day. Terrence finish off hanging his head low they could feel the sadness coming off him in waives.

Can you explain to me this thing about what do an omega do in the pack and why they are seen as weak? Mars asks looking at them with an expression nether on of them can name, but Levi so new that look he knew the wheels are turning inside his brothers head and he is forming some kind of a plan and that plan would be to somehow help set this thing were if you born from an omega it makes you an omega as well strait.

Well you see my parents and a few other members including Terrence here parents use to be rogues they were out casts from their old pack because my father went against his alpha at the time who was a cruel man, and when the old king accepted them in the pack they were deemed omega and an omega works in the alphas house or the pack house to serve the pack.  They are not allowed to train with the pack hence why they are the weak members of any pack, and that makes us omegas as weak for we were very young pups when our parents joined.

Have you ever asked if you could train with the pack? Mars question.

Mark and Terrence look at each other and shake their heads no wondering why mars was asking so many questions but don’t say anything.

Okay Mars says as the reach the pack house. Guess we will see you tomorrow then? Mars ask putting his hand on Terrence shoulder and raising a questioning eyebrow at Terrence.

That’s the plan yes. Terrence says

Awesome stuff I can’t wait to see this cave they spoke about. Levi says shrugging.

And with that the part was and the twins made their way up to the rooms to get cleaned up and Terrence and Mark to go finish off the nightly duties.

The twins joined their parents for dinner and went off to sleep their after. Levi knew that Mars had thinking to do and he just wanted an early night to be up for his run early again…
