Chapter 4 Who are you??

Isabella woke up to see two strange people looking down at her. she was startled and quickly jumped up.

" Who are you? what are you doing here? what am i doing here? what's going on?" she asked one after the other.

"Calm down Charlotte. you were going to take another order when you fell and went unconscious ". a guy with brown hair and eyes with a handsome face asked, and his face showed surprise when she asked who they were

" Who are you talking to? my name isn't charlotte it's Isabella".

Isabella looked at everyone around her suspiciously. every face around her looked unfamiliar, she had never met anyone of them before, ever!

"Charlotte if this is a joke just stop it. you were unconscious for almost 2 hours and now that you're awake the first thing you said was, who are you? what are you doing?". a boy with brown eyes black hair and a cute but handsome face asked.

'He looked like he was pissed because of something and was every guy here handsome '

"I don't understand why you are angry, i'm the one in a foreign place, with people in don't know, calling me an unfamiliar name". Isabella shouted, who was he getting angry at.

" Wait you really don't know us? " the guy with brown hair and eyes asked confused.

"Could she have gotten amnesia from the fall?"

"She didn't hit her head that bad?"

"What if she has amnesia?"

"Can you both stop talking like i'm not here? cause i am".

"Oh my gosh, her eyes are blue". The black haired guy suddenly jumped in surprise.

"My eyes are and have always been blue". Isabella looked at both guys like they had an eye at their forehead.

Isabella stood up, something was not right

"aaaaahh". She screamed the when she saw her face in a phone mirror. the girl that looked back at her had a small face. her hair was black and silky unlike her regular hair that was brown and soft. the only thing about her that remained the same was her eyes. her baby blue eyes that she normally hides with her contact lense which was a darker shade of blue.

"I've checked her brain and the fall didn't give her a concussion, she would wake up at any time". Charlotte was different voices as she woke up.

" Yes she's waking up". She heard a voice that sounded like a middle aged woman, then she felt someone touching her.

"Baby, oh my baby girl are you alright". Charlotte struggled to open her eyes and when she did, she had to shut it back immediately due to the bright light.

"Baby, are you okay?" Charlotte finally opened her eyes and she saw the woman who was fawning over her.

"Who are you?" Charlotte asked the lady who looked like she had cried.

" What are you saying? Isabella, I'm your mother". the lady started to cry in confusion.

" Who's Isabella? " charlotte asked innocently. she really had no idea what was going on. first she wakes up in an hospital, which looked really expensive, second was that a lady who she never seen before in her life is calling her, her daughter and the woman looked too young to be seen as someone who had a daughter, and lastly what is going on?

"Isabella, what are you saying ". The lady started to cry

"I'm not Isabella, my name's Charlotte ". charlotte yelled, this was getting scary.

"My name's Charlotte, I'm not Isabella"

"No, your my daughter, Isabel ". the lady yelled and that got Charlotte even more frustrated. what the f**k was going on.

"I can't do this anymore, if this is a joke Jason, stop it". Charlotte thought it was her brother playing a trick on her.

" Who's Jason, it's just me, your mother"

"Stop crying, I really don't know you, I don't know your daughter, my name's charlotte". Charlotte cried while yelling. she got down from the hospital bed and began to run to the door while yelling

" Hey, let me out, you got the wrong person, hey let me out". Because of the all the noise she was causing doctors and nurses barged into the hospital room

"I'm not her daughter, I don't even know her". Charlotte continued to scream, but it all fell on deaf ears. the doctor asked the nurses to hold her down and gave her a shot if anaesthesia to calm her down.

"Doctor, what's wrong with my daughter? you said their was no damage done to her body from the fall"

" Yes ma'am, i ran all the possible tests and i'm sure your daughter has no injury on her body whatsoever ". The doctor replied the woman. he was sure the girl was fine, why she was acting like that he had no idea.

"Keep an eye on my daughter, an I don't want anyone, I mean anyone to find out about this. If this leaks to the media, I'll have you fired do you understand ". Mrs fabiola threatened the poor doctor.

" Yes ma'am, I won't tell anyone". The doctor replied clearly frightened.

Charlotte woke up some few minutes later and saw that she was alone in the room. She could hear their voices but it was like they were outside and far away from the door.

She got up form the hospital bed and went towards the door, she tried opening it but it was locked. She tried severally but later gave up and decided to look around the hospital room. She looked around the room and saw two extra doors in the room. The first was adjacent to the outside door, while the other was directly opposite it. She went to the door adjacent first and saw that it was a door to the balcony, which meant that she was in one of those VIP rooms. The second door turned out to be the door to the bathroom.

Something in the bathroom caught her eyes and she went in to see it, her eyes accidentally looked towards the mirror and that was when she noticed.

The girl she saw in the mirror had brown and soft hair, way softer than her black hair, her face it was more beautiful and sharp, more than her small round face. The only thing that looked at a similar to her old self was her eyes.

' What the f**k is going on'. Charlotte screamed inwardly while examining her face in the mirror.
