Sienna sat in the dimly lit study, her fingers tracing the leather cover of the journal before her. The room was unnervingly quiet, save for the faint sound of a grandfather clock ticking in the corner. The air smelled of dust and aged paper. Harvey had told her to meet him here, and she didn’t hesitate, knowing his warning was too important to ignore.
