The day started off really cheerful and pleasant. I woke up from a sweet dream of running in the woods with Aurora and her hair bouncing off her shoulders as we got deeper and deeper.
It was only until the beautiful chippings of birds close by that I sluggishly opened my eyes. I sat upright on my bed for a long period of time before I finally got out. I reached the door and was met by Natasha patiently waiting behind it.
“Good morning my Alpha, I didn’t want to wake you, but it's almost midday. If we are to make-up time on our journey back home. We have to set off soon…” She nervously said while averting my gaze.
I could sense some uncomfortable tension from her. Preferably because of the incident with Aurora the other night. Yet, I remained unfazed and feigned ignorance.
