Tessa’s eyes widened in awe. She had a puzzled look on her face. “Cameron set up all of these? It feels like my fantasies coming true." Her face was lit with a flicker of happiness.
“Yes, he stayed up all night, just to make sure all the decorations were flown in time,” I added. If there was anywhere I could intercede for him with Tessa, I wouldn’t give up hope.
“I’m speechless, why do you think he’ll do all this only for me?” she asked rhetorically. I gestured with both my hands, feigning ignorance.
“I have no idea… I think you should hear directly from him.” I replied with a cheeky smile on my face.
Just as we were both talking, we heard a loud announcement from the loudspeaker placed on stage.
