One of the strays that was newly recruited into Darius’ army entered into the courtyard. He had a serious facial expression that captured my attention. I signaled him to approach as he stood fidgeting at the entrance. His eyes widened as he hurried towards me.
“Thank you, I apologize for interrupting. But, there was urgent info that couldn’t wait,” he said in a serious tone. I glanced at him, and he looked sincere, so I decided to hear him out.
