Snake

When we all pulled into the clubhouse we were immediately greeting by local law enforcement with questions about what happened. After we all gave them our statements, they ran all our gun permits and motorcycle licenses, and checked for warrants. After they were satisfied that we weren't provoking them and had obviously done no wrong they said no charges would be brought against us for killing them it was obviously self defense. I was ready to punch that asshole in the face when Dani just lightly touches my arm which instantly calms my nerves. Sargent Thomas reminded us that this was his town and if we knew what was best we'd put all our women and children on lockdown till all this sorts out or blows over cause he had a feeling s**t was about to get real around his town again. With saying that Link came out of the clubhouse and handed the cop a large white envelope, they shook hands then they were gone.

"Come on babe I'm gonna show my place then we'll go get some stuff from your place cause I ain't letting you out of my sight till this s**t is taken care of." I could see in her eyes she did not want to move in here but she had no choice. She lives in the middle of the woods and if the Skulls wanted her, her cabin was the perfect place to do at. Dani was pissed, she glared at me than huffed at me and turned and stomped off to the clubhouse. "Dam it Dani hold the f**k on." I had to pratically run to catch up to her. She threw open the clubhouse door and stopped dead in her tracks. "f**k babe, I was going to tell you Dragon and Links patch in party was tonight but with the s**t that just went down I forgot" so it's a little crazy and I should have told you what to expect when you walked in here but your sass took over. When Dani stompted off I expected her to stop before she got to the dam door but no my stubborn ass girl kept going on. The moment she stopped dead in her tracks I knew she was freaking out.

"Babe this is the clubhouse, the guys get a little crazy some nights but tonight we're patching in Dragon and Link, guess the rest of the guys got a head start. I slide a secret door open punch in a code and about 10 monitors show up on the wall connected to my place. I can see every spot of the main clubhouse, or enter another code and see the whole outside of this building or switch to the other 4 buildings, or the main gate and the road, look at this camera who's driveway is that? "Holy s**t Snake it's mine. I didn't know you had cameras on the main road. You really do take you job as SAA dead serious."

"You bet I do darlin', one slip up and I could lose my family and that includes you now. So when I said I'll keep you safe I f*****g mean every word of it." I closed down the camera system and pulled out my keys to my condo and opened up the door standing to the side to allow Dani in. She immediately gasped "Holy f**k Snake this place is unbelievable." "I did babe, I designed all the room layouts. Each brother pick out thier own colors. One day I'll show you each room, there all different layouts. We took 5 suites on both floors on both sides and turned it into a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, living, kitchen, dining, playroom, Olivia's zen/Pilates, Yoga room."

"Wow that's amazing." I responded to Snake. She watched me grab a bottle of her favorite wine and me a couple beers. "Come on follow me." I told her. We walked up a circular staircase and she once again she gasped. I had chosen an open concept bedroom and living room area. I looked around my bedroom and smiled knowing that I was going enjoy wake up every morning with my girl. I knew a shot storm was brewing but I knew she'd be safe here. We had bullet proof glass installed, we had electric fences around the property. Cameras all over the dam place. We were probably safer than Fort know.

I plug my phone in and make sure all the alarms are in place and working correctly Everyone knows at 10 pm unless the club is out on a run or we're out doing something the main gate goes into lockdown mode till 7 am, unless I input an emergency code it can't be opened. Everyone has there own security system in place in thier condos. I double check to make sure everything is in working order, run a test to ensure it has no piggy backs or viruses attached to them. After making sure all is well

I power down my laptop, wiping it clean as I do every night. Then I slide in to bed and pull Dani into my arms and almost instantly fall asleep. She's here, she's alive, and she's safe in my arms. A perfect way to fall asleep.
