Today was Friday, the last day of the test week and Lily could proudly say that she had achieved all the things she wanted to achieve in the week. She took it upon herself to learn something that even Chloe didn't tell her to learn should they ask them a question about it. Anytime she thought about losing, it made her feel weird because she badly wanted to pay Alex’s parents back.
She had not talked to her parents for a while, so she thought about calling on Sunday evening when the work mail would be sent officially. She didn't want to overstep her boundaries, because if she did, like telling them that she already got the job when she hadn't gotten the job, it could jinx it. It was better to tell them when she already got the news normally, that would be better.
