Chapter 54

Lixue is watching her sister from the balcony of their mansion. She is now at sea with their dad, who is happily chatting with his godfather Raiden. Lixue had a bit of anger towards her godfather Raiden, but she didn't deny it because all along, her missing sister was actually nearby, and her godfather Raiden had adopted her.

"Are you still angry at Papa?" Shuji heard Lixue say from behind, but she didn't turn around or respond.

"Even if Papa did something wrong, don't let it be a reason for you to distance Miku from us, they treated your sibling as their own child, and I considered her a true sister even though she was adopted," Shuji said, and Lixue felt him sit beside her.

Lixue will not deny her sister the family she has known since she lost his memory.

"We don't plan to separate my sister, Shuji, What I can't accept is why my godfather didn't tell me that he took my sister and didn't say that he is the reason my sister is safe now, I was with him for several years since I didn't go back to China with my dad," Lixue answered.

"Where have you been the past year?" Shuji asked.

"I'm just here in the Philippines, working to support myself," Lixue replied, not detailing everything or where she worked before becoming a model.

"Didn't you live here?" Shuji asked.

"No, never, because there is a memory for me that is so painful I don't want to remember it again, so I rented a place and educated myself, It just so happened that there was a fire and I had no choice but to approach my godfather, I had to muster all my courage," Lixue replied to Shuji.

Shuji didn't respond to what Lixue said, and even though they had no relationship, they kissed each other. They went downstairs to join their sibling and father.

It was night when Lixue returned to the mansion to attend to the mission his godfather had given him. Despite her anger, she followed his godfather's orders. She is the top agent of the company when his godfather Raiden caught the siblings together on the balcony.

"Sis, where have you been? Do you have any other work besides modeling?" Miku/Mikaelle mentioned to her sister as she turned to the large door that opened.

"Yeah, I have no choice, dad ordered me to do something that only I can do, You'll be next when you're ready, For now, it's my turn," Lixue replied, yawning, she lied to the two of them.

"Even if you still can't forgive him for what dad did, will you accept his order?" Miku/Mikaelle asked her sister, standing beside her brother Shuji who was just looking on.

"Yes, as his eldest child, I need to follow everything except in my relationship with the guy because we have different views on that, sis, even though we may not be okay as the eldest and he trusts me, I will still follow him because he is still my dad," Lixue told her sister.

Miku made her sister sit on the chair. Lixue called their staff to bring her a drink. Lixue immediately texted her godfather to inform him of what she had done. Miku told her sister that she and her brother and father would return to Manila tomorrow.

"Are you coming with us, sis?" Miku/Mikaelle exclaimed to her sister as she turned to look.

"I don't know, sis, I'm still busy, I'll let you know when I'll be back, I can't just give up my modeling gig either that's my income, I want to spend my own money," Lixue replied to her two companions.

"What a sad, sis, I just felt that we would be apart again can't I stay here and we go back together?" Miku/Mikaelle said to her sister.

"No, sis, go with them, I can't keep an eye on you here, and when dad leaves the country, I'll be going back to Manila too," Lixue replied to her sister.

Lixue told her sister that their father has a new family in China.

"Are they our siblings?" Miku/Mikaelle asked her sister, but Lixue didn't immediately respond.

"No, they are the children of Dad's new wife from his first marriage, I don't get along with them either, I hold a grudge against them, besides, dad and I suspect his new wife, but we have no evidence," Lixue replied to her sister.

"What are you two suspecting, Lixue?" Shuji replied to the two siblings talking beside him.

Lixue was surprised by Shuji's question to her.

"My mommy, your Mama, and dad's new wife are bestfriends, but the difference is that dad's new wife doesn't know who he is, only the two of us, Miku, know that we are nephilim your Papa, Shuji, your Mama, and of course, our mommy, I don't know why they didn't tell dad's new wife about it, that's why I really can't get along with her, sis, she's not even our godmother at the baptism," Lixue recounted to her two companions.

The three of them fell silent as if deep in thought.

Lixue looked at her two companions.

"Shuji, even though Akatsuki is your friend, don't tell him who Miku and I are until dad and Father agree that he can be trusted to reveal our true identities, For now, can I trust you?" Lixue said as she and Shuji locked eyes.

Miku also looked at her sister at what her brother said.

"Why can't we tell everyone?" Miku/Mikaelle asked her two siblings before falling silent as they looked at her.

"Do you get it now? People won't accept what we are; they'll think we're crazy, and if anyone believes us, those who have faith in the Father will say we're demons even if we're not, and even aswang." Lixue said to her sister.

"What day is it tomorrow, brother?" Miku/Mikaelle asked her brother, changing the topic.

Lixue could only shake her head at her younger sister's behavior.

"Wednesday, Miku... it's Tuesday today, we'll leave early, Lixue, Alright, I won't tell Akatsuki for now. What if he asks you about your family and life? He might court you even though I admit I'm jealous of you two even though we're not together." Shuji replied, cursing in front of Miku, who was surprised by what she heard from her brother.

"Not yet," Shuji replied to his brother, and they both looked at Lixue, who didn't react at all.

Lixue didn't want to lie to her two companions, so she didn't speak.

"Sis, I can see that Papa and Dad know about you and Kuya? Is it true? Is this one of my powers?" Miku/Mikaelle said in surprise to her sister, causing Shuji to look at the two siblings upon hearing her.

Shuji thought that Lixue's father was not an ordinary person, and even Lixue and her brother were not ordinary people. Shuji is in love with a nephilim who is a half-angel.

"They both knew right away that dad told godfather, even though your brother hadn't taken any steps yet, according to dad's prediction, Miku, me, and your brother have a budding love among us, and if it ever comes to fruition, it will save the world, that's also in dad's prediction, but because I'm strong and they can't hide this from me, I knew right away," Lixue replied to her two companions, not hiding it from the two of them.

Shuji involuntarily took a sip at an inappropriate time upon hearing the conversation between the two siblings. Shuji thinks that Lixue is ignoring him at first because she doesn't want them to end up together due to the prediction.

Another nephilim again, does dad already know if you and my brother will end up together or is there already love blossoming between you two...maybe that's why you broke up with your ex, brother didn't use any charms or powers on you, sis, right?" Miku/Mikaelle interjected, looking at her sister.

"I won't use him like that, it's a sin for our family, for our father, I told your brother not to rush into letting go of the love he has for Erika, he should wait until he feels it fade away and realize that it has come to me," Lixue replied.

"Are you, sis, possibly in love with him? Maybe there's an ex-boyfriend of yours who's getting in the way of the two of you." Miku/Mikaelle replied to her sister.

Lixue just smiled at her sister and screamed, which puzzled Shuji. Lixue said goodbye to the two of them to rest in her room and turned around to go up to the second floor.

Shuji was teasing his sister, and when she screamed, Miku immediately ran away, leaving her brother behind. Shuji couldn't understand whether his sister's reaction was because of good news or bad news, judging by the smile on her face.

He just followed the two women who were important to him, making Shuji ponder his sister's reaction until he reached the room opposite Lixue's room.

Lixue and her father accompanied her godfather Raiden to the airport, where Shuji and her long-lost younger sister were actually under the care of her godfather Raiden.

"When do you plan to return to Manila, Lixue?" ninong Raiden asked, a question he hadn't asked his friend and godchild.

Lixue didn't speak, so Raiden asked his two children to turn away from the two. Miku approached her father and sister to hug them tightly, and they responded with a hug before finally turning away.

Shuji didn't say anything and just looked at Lixue, who waved at them along with their bodyguards.

"There are a lot of people because it's Wednesday," Raiden said to his two children as they walked inside the airplane.
