Second Day, Shuji got out of bed and stretched out both hands. He walked out of his room and met the cleaning assistant who nodded at him.
"Where's Leatrice?" Shuji asked the maids.
"She left, sir, earlier." the maid answered Shuji.
Shuji just nodded and finished the coffee he was drinking while sitting on the sofa. Then, Shuji returned to the bedroom and took a bath in the bathroom. After, he came out he dressed himself.
Shuji went out and saw Drick waiting for him.
"Shuji?" Drick called.
"Let's go!" Shuji said and they walked out of the mansion.
They immediately got into a car and left to go to the main company.
"Good morning, sir." greeted the security guard, guarding the parking lot when he saw him walking towards the entrance.
Shuji nodded and he walked inside the company.
"Good morning, sir." greeted by the employees he and Drick passed by.
Shuji went straight to his office where his father's secretary stood and nodded to her.
"Good morning, sir and Drick." Shakira greeted before sitting down again.
"Good morning, Shakira." Drick greeted Shakira with a smile.
"Good morning, miss Lao." Shuji greeted and opened the door, he came to the table and sat on the chair.
"I'll leave you here, Shuji just call or text me and I'll come to you right away," Drick replied, Shuji just raised his hand.
He left alone and looked at the folders that had been on his desk and read each one.
"Miss Lao, come in for a moment," Shuji called from the telephone when he called her.
The door opened and Shakira walked in.
"Sir?" Shakira opened to Shuji.
"What is my schedule today?" Shuji asked looking up at him.
"Sir, from 8:45am to 10:45am we should be at Liao Firm to discuss what is happening in the other company and then, sir, from 11:00am to 11:30am lunch break, and from 1:00pm to 3:00pm we will return here for the board meeting." Shakira immediately said as she looked at Shuji.
"Are you done with what we were doing last night?" Shuji asked.
"Later, sir, I will finish and send the original copy to your email," Shakira said, Shuji nodded and just read the folders he was reading again.
Shuji had forgotten to call and text his girlfriend. He immediately stood up and walked out of the office with Shakira following him.

Shuji: Shakira and I are going out.
Drick: Okay, sir where are we going?
Shuji: At the Liao Firm.
Drick: Copy, Shuji.
On the other hand, Erika is surprised that her boyfriend didn't call or text her. She looked at Leatrice who was being adopted by her boyfriend's father.
"Leatrice, when are we going to date again?" Akatsuki asked Leatrice.
"Next time, Akatsuki I have something to do this week." Leatrice/Lixue answered Akatsuki.
"Are you and Shuji the same? He hasn't been there this whole month." Akatsuki replied to Lixue.
"His father—my ninong passed the management of their two companies to Shuji, that's what I heard them talking about." Leatrice/Lixue said to Akatsuki.
"Why did he pass it to Shuji, where is uncle?" Akatsuki asked, they had a lunch break today.
"Didn't he tell you? I'm not in the place to tell you." Leatrice/Lixue said to Akatsuki and it was quiet after that.
"Leatrice!" Erika called and Lixue turned around when she called her.
"O?" Leatrice/Lixue said she wasn't even surprised when Erika called her.
"Did Shuji text you or call you?" Erika asked as she approached Lixue.
"Did you see me holding my cellphone?" Leatrice/Lixue said as she opened her palm to show Erika.
"Didn't Shuji contact you? He didn't contact me—perhaps he was busy, did you caught Shuji awake at their house?" Akatsuki asked Lixue.
"No, because I left the house early and after what I did I came straight here." Leatrice/Lixue answered.
"Maybe he's busy and forgot to text you or call you because he's more focused on what he's doing now at his company, text him now," Akatsuki said to his friend while Erika and Lixue remained silent.
Lixue turned her gaze to Erika and they saw that she suddenly smiled.

Shuji: Sorry, I'm just busy, I miss you too 😘
"You're smiling right now," Akatsuki said to his friend.
"He texted, maybe he's busy with the company for our future, what he's doing," Erika answered excitedly as her friend and cousin laughed.
Lixue took the cellphone from her bag when she saw her bodyguard signaling that he was leaving, she just nodded. Lixue's cellphone lit up, she sat on the chair and read what was texted to her.

Shuji: Where are you?
Lixue: I'm talking to Sakura, she asked me why you didn't text her, I don't have a sensible answer because you're better at talking.
Shuji: I replied to her that I'm the one who cares about her, you didn't even make her feel like you left earlier, the maid just said.
Lixue: I knocked on you in your room and peeked at you are still asleep in bed and I didn't disturb you.
Shuji: Ah...I'll be home early at 5:45pm, you?
Lixue: I will take you home.
Shuji: G.M is your cousin?
Lixue: I don't know him, I have something important to do.
'They love each other very much.' Lixue said in her mind.
On the other side, while Shuji was talking to the lawyers, Shuji heard his cellphone ring and took it out of his pocket and read it, shaking his head as he read the received text.

Erika (Darling): Darling, how are you?
Erika (Darling): Why didn't you call me and text me 😞😦
Erika (Darling): I miss you, it's only been two days since we've been together 😞😞
Erika (Darling): Please reply oh..even though you didn't call...
Shuji patted his leg and looked at the people he was talking to.
"Sorry, I disturbed our conversation because I received a text," Shuji replied to the lawyers he was talking to.
"It's okay, hijo, it's normal for us that when there's a meeting someone's cellphone is ringing, we just let it go and read it when the meeting is over." a lawyer answered.
"Yes, just vibrate it..hijo, are we going to file a case against our client's complaints?" a lawyer asked.
"All right, sir," Shuji answered the lawyer.
Hours later, Shuji invited two of his friend's employees to lunch at the restaurant.
"Thanks, sir, I have somewhere else to go," Shakira said.
"Where?" Shuji asked his father's secretary looking at her.
"There are family friends who are inviting me, sir, I'll be back soon, these are my notes on your schedule at 5pm, so I'll pass on to you what we did last night," Shakira said giving a notebook to Shuji.
Shuji and Drick were left at the restaurant. Someone came to their waitress and Shuji ordered Drick to order something for them to eat. He texted his girlfriend.

Shuji: Sorry, I'm just busy. I miss you too 😘
Shuji remembered Lixue, he didn't even call her.
He just texted and didn't call Lixue.

Lixue: I'm talking to Sakura, she asked me why you didn't text her, I don't have a sensible answer because you're better at talking

Shuji: G.M is your cousin?
Lixue: I don't know him, I have something important to do.
"Shuji, our order is here," Drick said looking at Shuji and the waiter who was putting down the food.
"You're concentrating on the person you're talking to on your cellphone," Drick commented and spooned his food.
"Not at all," Shuji said and pocketed the cellphone.
"I got information about the illegal business of Don Emilio Gayag and his son who is obsessed with you," Drick said as he was about to eat the food.
"Please ask me for a copy," Shuji replied stopping him.
"Cannot, Shuji, if your father agrees I can give it to him, I'll talk to him first thru f*******: message." Drick immediately answered.
Shuji just sighed at what Drick told him.
"Why can't I ask without Papa's permission? I'm the one you're talking about and I'm the person who caused the stuttering Aiya Gayag to be obsessed with me and I should know everything too." Shuji said to Drick.
"I will tell you the other details I gathered," Drick said he understood what Shuji meant.
Drick said Shuji should only know about the person he is obsessed with. After they ate, Shuji paid the bill and they both left.
When they returned to the company, Drick informed Shuji that he would leave at five o'clock in the afternoon.
"Okay," Shuji replied, Drick left and the secretary came smiling.
"Sorry, sir, if I'm late," Shakira said and sat down in her seat.
Shakira and Derrick looked at each other for a moment before nodding. Shuji noticed this and just ignored it afterward.
"This is what we were doing, sir last night," Shakira said and held out a flashdrive and an envelope.
"Go back to your place," Shuji replied Shakira nodded and returned to her seat.
Shuji thought of visiting his girlfriend at the Sakura Modeling Agency. Shuji orders Drake to go to the agency, and Drick nods.
"Darling," Erika called her boyfriend in shock when she saw him, he came closer and hugged her suddenly.
Everyone looked at them, especially Lixue, Akatsuki, Drick, and G.M who just shook their heads.
"You missed me so much?" Erika asked her boyfriend.
Shuji just smiled as he looked at Lixue who walked away. Shuji asked his girlfriend to go on a date and she immediately agreed. Lixue left after their photoshoot, she looked at Drick and his bodyguard.
"Shuji, this is the car key, I'm leaving I'm just going to commute," Drick said he just waved and left Sakura Modeling Agency first.
"Bye, manager, I'm leaving too." Leatrice/Lixue replied, and she looked at Shuji who was also looking at her.
Lixue left with the bodyguard following her, and Erika and Shuji left for their date.
