CHAPTER 8- Mark Meeting Tanya – HIS MATE

Kate was all set and ready for her friend as she was always looking cute and smelling good…

She decided to wear a Minnie skirt with a black crop top, let her hair loose in curls with light blush, glow and mascara on. It was a chilled Sunday she thought she don’t need to over do it with the make-up not like shes going anywhere or is going to see anybody.

She retrieved downstairs waiting patiently for her friend to always make a grand entrance like the queen she is. Mark, Baily, Gabe, Jack and Ben were all sitting in the dinning room doing what boys like to do goof around and play games on their play station.

Kate was in a totally different mood after things between her and her brother were sorted, he was happy, she was happy and that’s all that matter. For her to be in the mood she was in and having tanya come over she decided to make chicken mac and chees, toss salad, jam squash with sweet corn and pudding as a dessert. The boys loved to eat and there was always enough for everybody.

Kate: Hey can you guys help me set the table out... I have a guest coming over

Mark: who is it

Kate: don’t worry… yourl be happy to meet her alright

Marks: hows that possible… I found my mate which you already know that.

Gabe, Jack, Baily and Ben all looked at him shocked as they didn’t know Mark had found his mate

Boys been boys they all jumped on him with excitement cheering him on. Kate just looked on as that boy stuff didn’t impress her much, besides shes a lady and the way she was dressed she was not going to untidy her hair even though it was a family tradition that they been doing for years…

DOORBELL RINGS

Guys stop she’s here… Mark got up feeling anxious as ever suddenly without evening thinking why… they all got up and made themselves neat not sure who was on the other side of the door.

As She walked to open the door and greet her friend in a hug Marks Wolf Hissed MATE...

When Tanya walked in the first person, she laid her eyes on was her MATE. She didn’t know that her mate was her best friends’ brother. “need I say more guys’’ I think we all have met Marks mate or rather I should say you boys with a giggle… Mark felt butterflies in his stomach as Tanya made her way closer to him … they both couldn’t resist each other instead they held hands once again, both feeling sparks cloud their minds. Every bodies focus where on the pair of love birds. While Kate made her way to the table where the fool was laid out Mark and Tanya couldn’t let each other go. He was exceptionally territorial specially because of what Tanya had worn.

His wolf instinct grabbed her hard close to him, as his unmated m=brothers kept on looking at her long model legs. MINE!!! With the growl that he made, and his brothers all stopped looking instead they started to make their way to the table where Kate had been waiting on them.

They proceeded to eat and talk and laugh but one thing that kept them looking at Mark was the way he kept looking at his mate as though was struck with love like a sick puppy…

Tanya kept on trying to get Kates attention as she was not only trying to catch her breath but trying to figure out how come never told her that Her crush Mark which is not only her mate but also her crush her brother.

Tanya decided to mind link Kate so she could have a word with her in private where they wouldn’t be interrupted. Before Tanya could mind link Kate, Kate had already caught the drift and made her way to her room in which Tanya had followed up after her.

After Tanya had entered the room Kate locked the door to make sure they would not get disturbed leaving the boys downstairs to finish up.” Why didn’t you tell me K” tell you what Tanya… you didn’t quiet even tell me about your crush besides I take it that my brother your crush… oohhhh I love the sound of that with giggles on their face and so much excitement the girls couldn’t stop their selves .

He is SOOO cute Kate… I mean I didn’t dear to think that my crush could be my mate… He is cute isn’t he… Tanya looked at her head fast as her wolf instincts hit her unexpectedly at the response of Kate... relax T, your mate Happens to be my BROTHER… have you forgotten? I’m sorry I did forget there for a moment it’s just so unreal. ‘’I have something I have to tell you’’ please don’t tell me that Samantha von lue tried to put her filthy hands on my mate! Cause if she did, I will KILL her, and I won’t waste time feeding her to the dogs… Kate burst out laughing as she didn’t expect that outburst from her friend who supposed to be the quiet fun-loving type.

Kate: I found My Mate

Tanya: WHAT no way

Kate: I don’t know what to do T, I had bumped into him on Friday at the party. I somehow ran away from him. Would I ever find him? I mean I waited so long for this, but I was so afraid I ran away not even giving him a chance to look in my eyes…” we will find him Kate… I’m here for you, you know that … maybe he goes to the same school as we do. Do you remember you said you smelt something, but I couldn’t get the smell? Yes, OMW you could be on to something but then again how will I know where to find him? Would he still accept me? Would he love me? I knew running away was not the answer, but I ran out of fear T… He spilled all the drinks he had in his hands because of me…

Don’t worry Kate I’m sure he would be understandable besides that happened on Friday. You should focus on finding a way to find your mate before that b***h Samantha gets her hands on him! ‘’OVER MY DEAD BODY” She can keep dreaming on if she thinks I would leave her or even allow her to defy me in that manner, after all you where the one who said the mate bond is strong I should feel it if his cheating right? Yep Your right about that.” Open the mind link!” I think Mark is looking for you... we been gone for way to long and him been territorial he wants his mate… Tanya just looked at Kate and giggled as she knew what she needed to do and not keep her mate waiting.

The girls dash out the room and retrieved back to where they were… that night the evening ended up perfectly not only was Mark on good terms with Kate but Kate and Tanya were on good terms what more could a girl ask for… everybody had left Mark and Tanya to spend the rest of the evening together as the other four brother decided to go to the office and Kate decided to go to her room trying to come up with a plan to find her mate she ran away from.
