Flashback continuous....

On the day of insemination I was there in the hospital, actually I was there in the room behind the curtains when the doctor performed the insemination to ensure that Elsa was being injected with my sperm.I requested Dr. Fernandez to let me be there, she told me the date before so I could come and see if wanted. I also made sure no one see me there.

Yesterday Dr. Fernandez called and informed me that Elsa is Pregnant, I was on cloud nine and today I got lucky enough to be with my woman.

He also remember the day her shop opened. She looked stunning in her peach color dress that suits her perfectly. He could see she was happy and proud as she was smiling all the time handling the customers which also makes him happy.

He saw her taking measurements of some of the customers who liked to stitch the ones from the design catalog and took the opportunity. He chose a design from the catalog and asked for it to be made. Like he thought she take his measurements and lead him to chose the color and fabric, he chose gray.

He waited for her to settle down once with her shop so that he could make a move show his feelings for her but things happened unexpectedly and changed the whole situation. He's no clue now how all this will going to be at the end but he hopes for the good.

His secretary walk in after knocking the door and he snapped out of the thoughts. He looked at her.

"Mr. Gregory, you have a meeting with Mr. Miller who is already here at the reception " she said placing the file for the meeting on his desk.

" Okay. Take this file to the conference room I would meet him there" he said stood up adjusting his suit jacket, a smile on his face.

He cannot tell the world now that he is going to be a father but he will soon with that he left for the meeting.

She stormed towards the elevator and get in without wasting little time. Once the elevator door closed, she sighed in relief.

"Oh God! What just happened? I fainted in Jacob's office! Aw " she mumbled. The elevator ping open down floor and she rushed to the parking lot and get in her car. After taking some deep breath and calm her down she ignite the engine and drove away. Rest of the day passed with her attending the customers. It was late in the evening when she finally make her way to her apartment. She had her dinner at a restaurant on her way to her home as she feels so tired to make some. After taking a warm shower she wear her nightie and laid on the bed.

Her phone buzz indicating a text. She picked the phone from the night stand and read the text. It was from Jacob asking her is she okay ? She was amused as it is not usual. They were texted before on matters of renting of the building but not in a personal way.She text him back she is okay. Thanks and a Good night. Another text came from him " good night". She read the text and smiled. Placing the phone back she close her eyes but her thought were filled with today's incidents, surprised look on his face when he saw her, his husky voice, their proximity after she fainted and opened her eyes, his brown eyes filled with concern and worry only for her? She was sure that he had seen her blushing and felt shy. She liked the way he cared for her. She is growing attracted to him day by day. But what about him? Is he also feel the same or is this just his way to anyone who was in her position? "God!.. What is happening to me?". Its not like she is against into a relationship, she would love to be loved but this is not a good idea now nowthat she is pregnant which should be hidden . She moved her hand to her belly.

Currently I'm laying on the bed in Dr. Fernandez's check-up room. We're here For my -our first sonogram. Lily is with her. Ian is busy with his work and couldn't make it here.

The doctor applied a cold gel on my flat belly and starts moving a thing on it that is connected to the machine. Lily's eyes already attached to the machine screen. A small sound start to hear. We looked at the doctor confused. " It's the baby's heart beat" Dr. Fernandez said with her usual smile. "There. That small black spot you see that's the baby" she said pointing to the spot on the screen. I was speechless overwhelmed with so many emotions as was Lily. Her eyes were filled with tears threatening to fall. Of course happy tears. " Can we have a copy of it?" Lily asked wiping her tears.

"Of course dear. You can. Let me print it" the doctor answered already doing it.

Taking our copies and medicines we left the hospital. The whole drive I was looking at my copy silently I could see Lily take glances at the copy in my hand while driving.

"Ian will be very happy seeing this as we never had a chance to have a picture of our babies before "Lily broke the silence, her voice broken at last part." Thank you Elsa.This...this means a lot " she said pointed to the sonogram.

I just looked at her for a few seconds" yeah. It's a lot " I muttered." What? " she asked confused." I'm glad you are happy and I am happy too" I smiled at her. She mouthed a kiss in return.

Jacob's POV

Dr. Fernandez informed me yesterday it's Elsa's first sonography today and I am feeling really excited. Her appointment time was at 10 am and I am already here in the hospital before they arrive.I met with the doctor. She welcomed me with a smile.

" Mr. Gregory, I didn't expect you would come here this early " she said.

" Actually doctor, I googled about sonography and came to know I could hear my baby's heart beat and this is the first picture of the baby so.. I'm here for.. I would like to be in the check-up room and experience how it will be to feel... " I said.

" Okay Okay. I understand. You can be there. I think it's time they arrive so you better move. My nurse will help you with " she said laughing.

Few minutes later they entered the check-up room and a very small beating sound filled the air. I could hear Dr. Fernandez telling them it's the baby's heart beat. I peeked from where I stand and saw Elsa laying on the bed her eyes were on the screen as the doctor said it's our baby, the black spot visible on the screen. I was happy enjoying the moment when Lily's voice asked for the copy. Dr. Fernandez print the copy, I hope she has one to give me. After they left, I came out. The doctor gave me a copy. I was looking at the print smiling ear to ear when Dr. Fernandez told me about her doubts on the pregnancy. "what doubt Dr. Fernandez?" I asked confused.

" I'm not sure now but from my experience so far I doubt it is a twin pregnancy " she voiced her doubt clearly.
