Chapter Twenty Three Tuesday, 6th It was turning out to be one of those mad, stressful days which you look back on and marvelled over. The tension, the teamwork, the creativity. As always ahead of a major pitch there was a whirlwind of activity and last minute preparations going down to the wire. Over lunch, Caroline chaired a meeting with the team to run through the final steps. She gathered everyone in her office and ticked off the tasks that were done, made sure everyone responsible for things still to be done knew what was required, and allocated specific people to chase down any loose ends.
