Sascha climbed into the back of Igor’s SUV. Viktor climbed into the front with Igor. Milana crawled in next to Sascha. A member of the security team closed the door behind them and walked off to follow the car back to Sascha’s penthouse.
Viktor turned and looked at Sascha before saying sincerely, “thank you for finding a compromise with the mark. I do appreciate that you were able to find something suitable while also staying under the radar. I know it probably wasn’t easy and you are most likely a little disappointed, but it is what’s best for the company.”
