I was flickered back to reality when I heard the faint sounds of footsteps dragging around on the hallways. Realizing that I wasn't obviously only left alone to be awaken at such a late hour in the morning, my hands quickly worked itselves to fumble through the drawers of the bedside table, in an attempt to hide the letter. If I needed some sort of evident for anytime, this piece of paper might be my only ally, untill I found something more useful in the future.
