ASHTON'S POV
It's still early where Jeremy and Julia were, so I thought about giving them a call. I thought I would discuss business matters first before I got to my goal.
Jeremy is only ten years older than me. I was a young 15-year-old then and Jeremy, who was 25 then, had just started a business. My father was one of their first investors. We met each other at one of those company events.
Despite my young age, I've always had a good eye for business. I must have learned it from my dad. And Jeremy has always liked my business ideas. When I graduated from college, Jeremy took me in as a co-owner. We rebranded the business into A&J Furniture and we've been running the business together since.

Finally, Jeremy mentioned his daughter before I did.
