THIRD PERSON'S POV. Lana looked at her mother for a final time before waving her goodbye, with a wide grin on her face. Her father gave a smile, which she returned much too eagerly. As she closed the door and walked back to her room, she chuckled at the thought of how much she had to convince her mother to apply some makeup. It was as if she had long waited for this. The happy family. But then again, she wasn't absolutely sure that she was getting that family yet. She was yet to confirm whether her father had remarried. She said a quick prayer in her heart and fell to her bed, feeling completely tired and exhausted.
