As soon as the wound was treated, Yolanda asked for a favour. “Uncle Si, please don’t tell dad about this?” Asked Yolanda in a low voice.
Uncle Si was against keeping this from Jason. “Ms. April beat you like this and she didn’t even bother to treat your wound. If little master didn’t see the wound in time, you were going to be scarred, do you know that?”
Maybe for now the scar wouldn’t be a problem. But what would have happened if she grew up with that scar? Wouldn’t she feel like she wasn’t pretty enough because she had the scar? It would be a big deal.
Yolanda bowed her head and whispered. “But, I don’t want to lose my mother. My father is going to kick her out.”
