15 (Harry's POV)

355 Words
Innocent. I was innocent. I don't believe in God, don't believe in heaven nor hell. Yet, I was so afraid. So afraid of my mistakes. I never asked forgiveness carefully. All anything but dusts to remember and me. How can nobody realize? I was a normal guy, walking about the streets at night. A normal guy, not everybody knew of. Just a guy, a man, living happily in his own house. Couple of friends, neighbors, that was all. And not to mention, my fiancee. I walked back home, hoping Delilah was there. As I opened my bedroom door, seeing my beloved beautiful fiancee, all tied up in my bed. She was crying again, she was crying and crying. She was my girlfriend of three years. We're engaged for only three days, I proposed her three days ago. And so, three days she had cried in a row. I slowly removed the tape around her mouth, and pull out the cloth inside. She didn't scream, I don't know why. "Baby, don't cry," I wiped her tears away. "Please, let me go, Harry. You're hurting me," she stuttered. "I'm sorry I said no, but please. I'm sorry I rejected you, please, let me go," Beautiful angels. So innocent, yet I ruined her. I untied her, seeing the marks around her wrists, her legs, around her head. I was sorry. But I didn't have any choice. I hated rejection. She hugged me, and cried by my shoulder. I let her lay beside me, her head nuzzling against my chest. I tried to sooth her, she was still crying. "Go to sleep, I promise I wouldn't hurt you, ever again," I whispered. "But if only, you agree to be my wife," . And that was why, the next morning I was alarmed and awoken by a loud bang. And there she was, the woman I love, the woman I had almost sacrificed everything to. Where did she found my gun? And so alas, my angel, died beside me. Her guns in her throat, fingers frail. I loved her. I promised I didn't hurt her. Why would she do that?
