Chapter 4

I woke up the next morning, saw my credit cards, my phone with network access, I saw up to 50 missed calls. I was very happy and delighted. I went downstairs for breakfast and saw everyone smiling, especially my dad. I greeted him 'good morning' and he said:

"Morning son, I thought about everything you said last night with my wife and we agreed to release everything to you. If you have been a good son like the way you did last night, no one would have problem with you. Also, keep your promises that you made last night. You would start working on Monday. Later, Kenneth will hand you the rules of the company to you."

I smiled and we started eating. We finished eating, I went to my room and called all of my friends, but they are all busy. So I dropped a location for us to meet.

It was few minutes past 6pm, I waited for my friends to join me. All the billings where on me. I saw James and Jude coming together, then Mark and Richard discussing together. They all sat down staring at me. I finally said:

"Good evening guys, I called you guys to make an apology for what happened this past week, my dad seized everything that belonged to me. My credit cards, I did not even have access to my phone. Please guys, I just want to apoplogize." They started laughing and then hugged me each

"I thought you died, and your family members planned to bury you in secret" Mark said mocking me

"You see what I told you. You would have agreed earlier and work, but you said no, that you want to learn it the hard way, I loved what your dad did."

We took some bottles and went to our respective homes. I went home around 7:30pm, few minutes to dinner. We ate as usual and went to our various rooms.

I can't believe that days now run faster. I woke up and took my bath and went for breakfast, after breakfast, I waited for Kenneth to come downstairs so that we can go together.

We arrived and I saw how big this company is. If care is not taken, I will get lost inside. My brother took me to my office which is closer to the CEO's office. I have to work as the assistant CEO. I entered inside, dismissed my brother and took a rest and started looking at files. We are to have a business deal with one of the international company this week. I had a lot to sign, signing files is not my type or specialty, but I have to do it. After all the signing, I carried them to give my dad in his office. I saw a beautiful figure who was the secretary. As I was about to say something, she raised her head and it was the b***h. Could you believe that b***h is working for my dad and had the guts to pour a drink on me. I saw her name on her tag, her name is Mia Kendrick, f*****g MIA KENDRICK. Because of this name, I knew what I suffered, because of this name, I was humiliated. So she is truly my dad's secretary. I don't know why I hate her this much, I now hate everything about her, she is not even special. I admit that she is beautiful, but she took is very rude and has a bad character. She look related to the devil.

"So your name is Mia Kendrick, wow, that's a nice name. Sorry, I didn't know that you work as my dad secretary. So it probably means that you are working for me. That's nice, don't worry, I won't stress you much. But you will regret working in this company. You will experience what it means to be rude". I said smiling at her and moved closer to her and whispered in her ear.

" You will SUFFER. You will experience what the word SUFFERING ". I said and left her, she was shocked, surprised, scared, angry and just stood like a statue. I smirked and entered my dad's office.
