Jessica POV
Three months flew by in the blink of an eye. It was wonderful watching my baby grow and interact with the people around her. She brought joy everywhere she was, her grandfather even cracked a small smile the first time he saw her. Now he openly smiles whenever they are in the same room, he’s like a totally different person, a happier person.
Just like Roxanne (I’m allowed to call her that now.) he had asked for forgiveness and wanted to start new. I knew at the time he was only doing it so that he could be a part of my daughter’s life, but now that we’ve spent time together we’ve actually grown close. He smiles when he sees me both with and without Charlotte.
