|| Lilac’s POV || The world turned upside down as the car flipped, the sound of crunching metal and shattering glass filling the air. My head slammed against the window, pain exploding behind my eyes. The car skidded to a stop, smoke rising from the hood as the alarms blared. “Lilac!” my father’s voice cut through the chaos.
